Qualifications:

At least 3 years’ experience in marketing of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs), or Agricultural Products.Project management experience is an added advantage. Holder of Bachelor degree in B.Com-Marketing /Bachelor of Business Administration- Marketing/ Agricultural Economics / Agri-business / Business Administration.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

Market development and Linkages, Projects Support and Planning, Agri-inputs supplies facilitation and Reports developments and dissemination.

Job Title: Programme Account

Nationality: Tanzanian

Workstation: Arusha

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Accounting and Finance; Advance Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent from a recognized Institution; with a minimum of one year experience in the accountancy field. CPA (T) or ACCA will be an added advantage

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

Budget coordination and development, project financial audits, provide leadership on grant proposal development, Monthly bank Reconciliation, timely payment of suppliers, Monitor monthly program’s expenditures,Conduct training of program staff on FCI financial procedures,Maintenance of accurate and updated fixed assets registers for the programmes, submit accurate financial reports.

Job Title: Human Resource and Administration OfficerNationality: Tanzanian  

Nationality: Tanzanian  

Workstation: Arusha

 

Qualifications:Degree in Human Resources Management/Bachelor of Business Administration –HRM/ Professional qualification in Human Resources e.g. Higher National Diploma. Should have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.Expected to have good understanding of Tanzania Labour laws and other related laws.

Should provide effective human resource management, administrative and operational support to various functions of the Organization so as to ensure optimal contribution of HR needs of the organization and staff.
